I grew up in New Lenox, IL and became involved in agriculture through 4-H, FFA, and raising livestock. I attended Joliet Junior College where I majored as an Agriculture Transfer student. I then, transferred to Western Illinois University where I obtained my bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education in 2015. I completed my student teaching placement at West Prairie High School and am still in my first year of teaching at Rushville-Industry High School.
